Copy & Paste

HIGHLIGHT the information to be saved.  To do this, click and hold the left mouse button and drag over the portion to be saved.  Be sure to include the bibliographic information.

RIGHT CLICK using the mouse and several options will appear.

Click on the COPY option.

Click on MINIMIZE (the "minus" sign in the far upper right corner of the screen).

Open MICROSOFT WORD and open the document you want to save to, or create a new file.

Click on "EDIT" at the top left of the screen.

Choose "PASTE" from the list.

Click on "FILE" and select SAVE AS.

Choose to save to the "S" drive, which has your ID number.
