Step 1:  Open the Library Catalog

1.  Type in Sheila’s Dying.  Click on TITLE.  Now click on this title at the top of the list.  Look at the full record.  How many copies of this book are  available at this time?    ___________________

2.       Type O. Henry.  Click on AUTHOR.  Look carefully at the author’s name on the list.  What is this author’s other name?____________________________________________

3.       Name a FICTION book that tells a story about someone with AIDS.  Type in AIDS.  Click on SUBJECT.  Click on AIDS (Disease)-Fiction.   Click on one title from the list.  Look at its entire record.  What is its call number?  __________  What is its title? _______________________________________

4.       Type in Black death. Click on SUBJECT.  Look at the top of the list at this subject heading.  How many items are listed?  ___________
Keep Black death typed in and click on KEYWORD.  How many items are listed now?   _______________Look at the total number of titles indicated at the top of the title list.

5.  Find out if our library has an AUDIOCASSETTE of The Red Badge of Courage.  Type in Red Badge of Courage and click on TITLE.  Click on the title at the top of the list. Look at the titles and check their call #s. Click on the title that has CAS Crane as its call#. Read the full record for this audiocassette carefully. How long is it in minutes?  ______________
